She is survived by: her son Max D. Smith of Muncie; her granddaughter Lauren Willard (Brandon) of Muncie; her great grandchildren, Lana Walker, Clayton Walker and Madison Smith; her grandson-in-law Brad Walker of Muncie; and her cousins, Brenda Martz, Eric Martz, Steve Carraway (Pam), Mark Carraway (Christie) and Joanna Post (David).
