Barbara E. Lacey Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of Barbara E. Lacey of Muncie, Indiana is shared. Barbara, born on July 5, 1956, passed away on September 17, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Keener Watt and Rosemary Ruth Watt (Small); and her siblings, Sallie Nye, Donald Watt and Joseph Watt.
She is survived by: her husband James Lacey; her sons, James Lacey II (Connie) and Travis Lacey; and her grandchildren, Michael, Candice, Jessica, Paige and Bevin. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren; and many cousins, nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel (415 E Washington St, Muncie, IN 47305).
