She was predeceased by: her husband Tom Owens; her daughters, Kathy and Jean; her brothers, Harold and Lee; and her parents, Madeleine Moorhead (Ramon) and Abraham Moorhead.

She is survived by: her daughter Joan Owens; and her granddaughter Skylar Richwine.

Instead of flowers, Barbara requested that any memorial contributions be made to Springport Christian Church, 509 W. Main St. Springport, IN 47386.
