She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Upchurch and Reba Upchurch; her stepfather George Brooks; her husband John Burch; her cousin Carol Ann Hutson; her in-laws, Walter Sr. and Loraine Burch; her brother-in-law Walter Burch, Jr.; her friend Jason Shoemaker; and her nephew Jamie Taylor.
She is survived by: her siblings, Greg Brooks (Gayel Fogel) of South Carolina, Lisa Upchurch of Muncie and Syretta Upchurch of Muncie; her cousin Marty Kumar of Fort Wayne; her sisters-in-law, Linda Burch, Cinda Taylor (Mike) and Jerre Reeder (David); Robert and Bertha Stockton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
