She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther B. Stephens and Charleen Stephens (Hembree); her husband Hoyt G. Coffey; her son James Allen Coffey; and her siblings, Sue Carol Stephens, Bonnie Sampson, Alan Stephens, Val Stephens, Noel Stephens and Carl Phillip Stephens.
She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Taylor; her grandson Chris Taylor of Muncie; her son Steve Coffey; her grandsons, Ryan Coffey, Adam Coffey, Justin Coffey, Jordan Coffey and Alex Coffey of Texas; her great grandchildren, Brock Coffey, Mason Coffey and Camden Coffey; and her sisters, Shirley Daunhauer and Linda Keith. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Elm Ridge Funeral Home (4600 W Kilgore Ave, Muncie, IN 47304). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
