She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Welch and Iva Welch (Graham); her husband Earnest Green; her siblings, Johnny Welch, Mary Reum and Robert Welch; and her great grandchild Kayla Wallen.

She is survived by: her sons, Carl Green and Ernest Green (Lisha); her grandchildren, Heather Chalfant (Adam), Chris Green (Melissa), Tiffany Manship (Gary), Heather Silvers and Ryan Silvers (Lela); her great grandchildren, Peyton Chalfant, Devin Davis (Chad), Ethan Wallen (Kloee), Chaston Green, Grace Chalfant and Olivia Chalfant; her great great grandchildren, Zion Williams, Judah Privett, Asher Davis, Shiloh Davis, Keilah Davis and Cecilia Velasquez; and her close friend Marsha Stewart.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Elm Ridge Funeral Home & Memorial Park (4600 W Kilgore Ave, Muncie, IN 47304). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Gardens of Memory (10703 IN-3, Muncie, IN 47303).
