She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jeremy Mellinger (Candy), Kamala Mellinger, Heidi Hale (Sean) and Erik Johnson (Kimberlee); and her great grandchildren, Tulsa Mellinger, Alec, Sarah, Adam Hale, Patriot and Samantha Johnson.
