She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard White and Bertha White; her husband Charles "Buck" Schafer; her daughter Kathy Wolfe; and her brother-in-law Robert King.
She is survived by: her sons, Jackie Schafer (Carol) of Muncie and Danny Schafer (Lori) of Albany; her grandchildren, Amber (Harlan), Jackalynn, Keith Schafer, Rob (Lauren), Bryant Daugherty, David (Jama), Matthew Wolfe (Kenzi), Dakota and Eric Redwine (Kilynn); her siblings, Melvin White and Rita King; and her pets, Lady Bug, Ginger, Kilo and Petunia. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Garden View Funeral Home (10501 IN-3, Muncie, IN 47303). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Funeral Garden View Funeral Home (10501 IN-3, Muncie, IN 47303).
