He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy A. Claflin and Treva Claflin of St. Mary's; and his pet Pepper. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie S. Claflin; his children, Heather M. Claflin, Joseph H. (Renee) and Michael D. Rooney (Kristy); his grandchildren, Anthony Rooney (Tina), Erica Barink (Luuk), Matthew Rooney (Brooke) and Kierstyn Rooney; and his great grandchildren, Phoenix, Sullivan, Parker and Marley.
