She is survived by: her husband Gary Capek; her children, Dennis Crittendon and Misty Capek; her grandchildren, Garth Crittendon, Natasha Crittendon (Byrd), Christopher Stromberger, Mickey Axel, Amber Axel, Andrew Capek, Arian Capek, Hunter Suarez, Deanna Suarez and Wyatt Forehand; and her brothers, Jack Tighe and Tom Tighe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
