He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Loftis, and Doris C. Loftis, Jr. (Dixon); and his sisters, Cheri B. Stump and Charlotte Simpkin. He is survived by: his siblings, Allen Loftis (Lisa) of Kempner, TX, Michelle Heminger of Russellville, AL and Matilda Dotson of Haleyville, AL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
