He is survived by: his brother Brad A. Kaiser (Melissa); his niece Myia; his nephew Zachary of Muncie; his aunt Sue Kaiser of Muncie; and his close friends, Tom, Becky Roth, Jake Roth and Mindy Roth of Phoenix, Arizona..
