He was predeceased by: his father Clyde Marshall; his former wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Marshall; his mother Christine Marshall (Crawford); his sister Ruby Miller; and his nephews, Mark Stevens Jr. and David Chad Miller.
He is survived by: his fiancée Misty King; his daughter Maggie Cox; his granddaughters, Mackenzie Palmer (Zack) and Madalyn Cox; and his siblings, Sharon Lautzenheiser and Robert "Bob" Marshall. He is also survived by several special friends, nieces, nephews and cousins.
