He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Deloss Springer and Edith June Shoemaker Springer; and his grandchildren, Josh, Taylor Rozenberg (Kees), Wayne Wynn (Amy) and AJ Wise.
He is survived by: his former wife Susie Springer; his wife Carolyn Moore Springer; his children, Gary D. Springer of Parker City, Janna Wynn of Winchester and Calvin Springer of Muncie; his granddaughter Crystal Wynn (Rayne); his great grandchildren, Kamryn, Lee, Quinton, Hendricks, Axel, Piper, Kolton, Mia and Jackson; his great great grandchild Kole; his sibling Jerry Spring; his nieces, Robin Walker (Joe) and Debbie Metcalf (Steve); his great-nephew Wyatt; his great-niece Cheyanne; his daughter-in-law Mary Jo Crutcher; and his grandchildren-in-law, Daniel, David, Joshua, Mary Jo and Carl.
He donated much of his labor to his church and those in true need. He routinely donated blood to the Ball Memorial Hospital Blood Bank and Indiana Blood Center for those in need.
