She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude M. French and Opal French (Douglas); her husband David Cade; and her daughter Cindy Jefferson. She is survived by: her daughters, Robin Hamilton (Larry) of Goshen, IN and Shari Dicken (Danny) of Yorktown; her brother Randy French (Susan) of Tucson, AZ; her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Watson of Anderson, Barbara Ashley of Anderson and Donna Cade of Chesterfield; and her grandchildren, Lucas Jefferson (Amber), Emily Fitt (Nicholas), Rachel Richard, Lacy Dicken (Steven Jackson) and Kayla Stephenson (Cecil). She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Bronnenberg Cemetery.
