She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Stephens and Anne Stephens (Albertson); and her father-in-law Gary Choate. She is survived by: her husband James I. Choate of Yorktown; her sons, Kaigan and Ian Choate; and her mother-in-law Janet Northcutt. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles, and cousins.
