He is survived by: his sons, Mike Bullard (Amy) of Muncie and Donnie Bullard of Muncie; his grandchildren, Elijah Bullard (Madison) of Indianapolis, Rikki Felton (Josh) of Goshen, Ethan Bullard of Gaston, Evan Bullard of Cowan and Brad Bullard of Muncie; his siblings, Connie Cook (Lloyd) of Cowan and Stacy Bullard (Barbara) of Plainfield; and his close friend Allen Williams. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their children.
