He is survived by: his parents, Gary D. Chalfant and Trudie Chalfant (Vorhees); his sons, Caleb Chalfant and Lucas Chalfant (Kelsey Foust); and his brothers, Garry Chalfant (Loretta) and Jon Chalfant (Julie).
