He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Arthur and Jennie Jo Campbell (Bailey); and his brothers, Donald "Duke" Campbell, Jr. and Jim Alan Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Toni Campbell (Morris); his sons, Darik Campbell, Jeremy Campbell (Jessica Snow) and Kyle Lee Campbell (Varonica); and his sister Ginger Gibbs. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
