He is survived by: his wife Jeri; his children, Stephanie Schuetz (Jay), Christy Reis and David Folkner (Christy); and his grandchildren, Reid, Finn, Audrey, Jayden, Abigail, Alyson, Jackson, Alex, Kelly, Myles, Gabe and Jack. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
