David R. Lephart Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David R. Lephart of Muncie, Indiana, who passed away on July 15, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David R. Lephart to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lephart and Mable Lephart (Cowan); his siblings, Thelma Lephart, Doris Lephart, Audrey Beal, Norma Craig, Floyd Lephart, Ivan Lephart, Earl Lephart, Ernest Lephart, Roy Lephart, James Lephart, Harold Lephart, Carl Lephart and Don Lephart; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Craig, Richard Beal, Don Huxhold and Precilla Lephart.

He is survived by: his wife Greta Lephart (Rozell); his children, David Jeffery Lephart (Patty) and Brenda Lephart-Slate; his siblings, Fred Lephart and Carol Francis Huxhold; his sisters-in-law, Gayle Lephart, Ruth Lephart (Tom) and Ila Lephart (Fred); his grandchildren, Adam Lephart, Monica Kerr, Erin Gregory, Natalie Wills and Allie Slate; and his great grandchildren, Case Lephart, Anna Lephart, Cash Lephart, Carson Kerr, Colton Kerr, Jamie Gregory, Caleb Gregory and Nolan Gregory. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
