He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Reade and Patricia Reade; his brother-in-law Stan Speheger; his brother Rex Reade (Vicki) of Albany, IN.; his niece Melissa Reade Epps (Jason) of Edmond, OK.; his sister Jill Reade Benson of Narvon, PA.; his niece Ashley Pike (Glenn) of Ephrata, PA.; and his brother-in-law Leon Benson.
He is survived by: his wife Kim Morris Reade; his sister Jodie Speheger of Kendallville, IN; his nephew Scott Speheger (Carrie) of Richmond, IN.; his great-nieces, Paige and Mackenzie; his great-nephew Nolan Pike; his brother-in-law Scott Morris; his sibling's children, Brandy (Kurt), Bo and Abby (Nina); his great-nieces, Oaklee and River of Southside Virginia; his brother-in-law Mark Morris (Karen); and his niece Marissa of Mechanicsville, VA..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Delta High School (3400 IN-28, Muncie, IN 47303). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM.
