She is survived by: her close friend Mike Branham; her children, Jerry Robert Stevens and Brook McIntosh; her grandchildren, Micha Reed and Noah Stevens; her brothers, Bobby Forehand, Jr. (Kindra), Larry Forehand (Melissa) and Michael Forehand; and her nieces and nephews, Jessica Forehand, Bobby Forehand III, Kyle Forehand, Peyton Forehand and A. J. Forehand. She is also survived by several aunts and cousins.
