Debra R. Haslam Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra R. Haslam of Muncie, Indiana, who passed away on July 14, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Coomer and Ursley Jayne Coomer (Hurston); and her granddaughter Crystal Scott. She is survived by: her children, Todd Scott (Shannon) of Alexandria and Kelli Musgrove (Brian) of Newburgh, IN; her sister Teresa Thanos (Gus) of Buchanan, MI; her grandchildren, Eli Vance of Newburgh, IN, Brittany Allport of Daleville, Christopher Raiser (Tara) of Yorktown, Dylan Musgrove (Eleanor Ellie) of Newburgh, IN and Brody Musgrove of Vincennes; her great grandchildren, Colton, Emilia, Sean, Tenley, Bailey, Krayson and Bentley; her stepdaughters, Kerri Haslam of New York and Nicole Haslam of New York; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Serenity and Shawn; and her nieces, Nikki Thanos and Jamie Thanos.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service (229 S Rangeline Rd, Anderson, IN 46012). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be given to The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
