She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Whitehair and Shirley Whitehair (Fuson); her sister Linda Cooper; and her granddaughter Casileena Richardson. She is survived by: her husband James Winfrey; her son Chad Winfrey (Penny); her siblings, Phillip Whitehair (Vickie), Rodney Whitehair (Susan) and Dixie Hammond (Rex); her grandchildren, Victoria Winfrey, Kara Kramer and Sam Kramer; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt Richardson, Rylee Richardson and Emma Stanley.

Due to the COVID19 PANDEMIC, a mask is required at services and visitation. To be safe remember to adhere to the six foot social distancing.
