He was predeceased by: his sister Patty Bayes. He is survived by: his spouse Sarann Mustard; his son Jon R. Mustard (Kathy) of Muncie; and his grandchildren, Lacie Williams, Lindsey Williams and Derek Williams (Ashley). He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
