He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Earl Stephenson, Sr. and Ruth "Johnson" Stephenson. He is survived by: his wife Donna "Austin" Stephenson; his children, Mitch Stephenson (Athena) and Kayla Stephenson; his siblings, Phil Stephenson, Jim Stephenson, Margie Reed (Gail), Cheryl Sulfridge (Kerry) and Kathy Trimble (Tim); and his grandson Dylan Stephenson.
