She is survived by: her children, Carol Lynn Schafer (Jackie) of Muncie, Jerry B. Collis (Tammy Chambers) of Muncie and Samantha K. Smith of Muncie; her stepson Gerald D. Eldridge (Emily) of Wilmington, NC; her sisters, Adeline Bennett (Raymond), Robin Crawford and Julienne Dolliver (Mark); her brother-in-law Roy Collis; and her close friends, Tom and Phyllis Shade of Hartford City. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
