She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur B. Harthan and Marion L. Harthan (Marshall); her husband Paul Mentis; her son Mark A. Mentis; her granddaughters, Melia Sue Mentis and Mabrey Lyn Mentis; and her sister Martha DeCrastos.
She is survived by: her children, Maria Ferber (Robert) of Bradenton, FL, Michael Mentis (Melissa) of Greentown and Matthew Mentis (Michele) of Muncie; and her grandchildren, Danielle Lowe, Erin Lowe, Al Lowe, Joshua Mentis, Alexis Mentis, Megan Mentis, Lincoln Mentis and Myla Mentis. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
