He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Hill and Lola Hill (Crabtree); and his siblings, Donald Hill, Bobby Hill, Charlene Mays and Geraldine Cox.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Hill (Jackson); his children, Mark D. Hill (Jen), Monika D. Clevenger (Barry) and Matthew D. Hill (Sarah); his grandchildren, Luke Hill (Kylie Wingfield), Austin Hill, Emilee Hill, Katelynn Privett, Ava Clevenger, Anna Clevenger, Emersyn Hill and Eleanor Hill; his great grandchild Layanna; his siblings, Frank Hill (Barbara) and Phyllis Stout; and his close friend Hilbert Dobbs. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
