She was predeceased by: her parents, Osa Franklin and Cledie Franklin; her husband Hubert "Bud"; and her siblings, Shirley, Joyce, Irene and Sadie.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Rhodes (Bill), Kathy Hoover (Mike), Lynn Winningham (Mark) and Nick Hoover (Shawn); her grandchildren, Chris Rhodes (Janelle), Anthony Winningham, Dustie Goodman (Bobby), Hunter Hoover and Dakota Hoover; her great grandchildren, Macie, Dylan, McKenzie, Brianna, Dru, Jesseca, Kadyn, Brady and Brennen; her great great grandchildren, Nate, Ryleigh, Daniel, William, Landan, Jaxan, Gatlan and Greysen; and her sister Wilma Thomas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
