He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Starr and Pauline Starr; his significant other Joyce Starr; and his daughter Sarah Barnes. He is survived by: his son Nathan Starr; and his grandchildren, Colby Starr and Ashlyn Starr. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
