He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Edward and Genevieve Lockard (Gray); his grandparents, Clyde and Mary Gray; his in-laws, James and Dorothy Bailey; his granddaughter Audrey Hensley; his brothers-in-law, David Ritchie and James Bailey; his niece Julia Franklin; and his nephew Philip Harvey.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Lockard (Bailey); his children, James Edward Lockard (Shelly) of Suffield, CT and Corry Hensley (Mike) of Portage, MI; his granddaughters, Lauren (Connor), Abby and Lily; his sisters, Tina Harvey (Jerry), Jean Clidence (Richard) and Mary Hilliard (Tom); and his sisters-in-law, Jan Ritchie and Nancy Bailey.
Ed has requested memorial donations be made to the Audrey Hensley Family Foundation at 4784 Mistwood Dr., Portage, MI, 49024 or the Randolph County Cancer Services.
