She is survived by: her brothers, Norman Collins (Trudy) and Ray Collins (Jeanene); her niece Theresa Bohm (David) of Orlando, FL; her nephews, Norman Seals (Sherri) of Jacksonville, FL and Ken Seals (Melissa) of Gaston, IN.; her grandchildren, Nathaniel Seals (Kandace), Elisabeth Storie (Tyler), Abigail Seals, Philip Seals, Kyle Bohm and Nathaniel Bohm; and her great grandchildren, Jocelyn, Logan Storie and Alice Seals.
