She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Caplinger and Annette Caplinger (Garmine); and her siblings, Linda Lovin and Bud Caplinger. She is survived by: her children, Steve Miller, Scott Miller (Malisha) and Charlotte Miller; her grandchildren, Samantha Dunaway (Justin), Jonathan Sheets, Luke, Emma, Jacob and Olivia Miller; and her siblings, Diane Dill, Judy Pierce, Mary Lou Coffman (Glenn), David Caplinger (Phyllis) and Danny Caplinger (Carol).

“Eloise had been in my room mate here at Bethel Pointe for approximately a year-and-a-half. She was a joy to have as a roommate although very, very quiet. We enjoyed reading together and watching TV together .. I would occasionally get tickled at her cuz I would ask if she wanted to read or watch certain thing. Most times she made no comment so I would say I'll do what I want then and she would just grin. And she definitely loved her chocolate LOL! Please accept my deepest condolences. Dee Lumpkin”
