As we bid adieu to Esther's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Esther has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Luis Ortiz and Anna Maria Ortiz (Nievez); and her husband John Montgomery. She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Whittenburg (Robert), Rose Marie Fugate (Clayton) and Mary Lynn Pearson (Kirk); and her niece Elsie Gallardo (Chato). She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great, great-grandchildren.
