She was predeceased by: her parents, James Vincent and Lena Mary Riley (Hill); her husband Ancil L. Staggs; her great grandchild Brenda Brown; and her siblings, Jim, Henry, Joe, Spike Riley, Julia Boyle and Beatrice Bush.
She is survived by: her children, Ruth Blankenship (Bobby) of Muncie and Richard Staggs of Muncie; her grandchildren, Maria Antrim (Dannie) of Muncie, Richard Brown of Muncie, Heather LeClerc (George) of Muncie and Melissa Brown of Muncie; her great grandchildren, Hayley, Hadley, Leila, Reilly, Liam and Tinsley; and her close friend Clark Britain of Cincinnati, OH..
