He is survived by : A son Richard Patton Spring Hill, FL and grandson Joshua Patton Brooksville, FL his siblings, Sandra Carpenter Muncie, James Patton of Largo, Margie Patton Muncie, Gay Patton Yorktown and Carl Cooper Yorktown; and his parents-in-law, Paul Austin Muncie, Mrs Mary Keihn Muncie and Dennis Rondot Osceola. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as cousins.

The family requests that flowers be omitted, Memorial contributions should be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
