It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred O. Nichols of Muncie, Indiana, who passed away on December 23, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth W. Nichols and Phyllis Jean Nichols (Leicht); and his brothers, Kenneth R., Lewis D. and Richard L. R. Nichols.

He is survived by: his wife Jana Embree; his siblings, Daniel Nichols (Jodie), Catherine Walker (Scottie) of Muncie Indiana and Terri E. Nichols of Muncie Indiana; and his close friend Taterbug.
