He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wulff and Phyllis Wulff (Tweedy); his wife Elaine Wulff; and his daughter Kimberly Wulff. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Wulff (Angela), Laura Robinson (Gary), Lisa Tuttle (Steve) and Brian Wulff (Stephanie); and his grandchildren, Amy Cornett (Eric), Kodee Walls (Jason), Tyler Robinson (Kristin), Adam Robinson, Sydney Wulff and Sierra Wulff. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
