She is survived by: her children, Patricia Crabtree (Rob), Rick Qualls (Nadine), Lynn Haynes, Allen Qualls (Lori) and Shawn Qualls; her grandchildren, Andrea, Brandon, Patrick, Austin, Adam, Christopher, Cassidi and Lindsay; her great grandchildren, Owen, Lillian, Ainsley, Maverick, Briar, Ava, Nora, Brody, Adeline, Harrison, Elizabeth, Andrew and Kaiden; her brother David Allen Thurman; and her friend Lora Blevins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
