He is survived by: his former wife Anne Billings; his daughters, Melissa Billings and Susan Petty (Brian); his sister Carol Kirkman; his grandchildren, Camryn Neal, Rhi Neal and Gavin Petty; and his pet Bear. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
