He is survived by: his children, Jerry Musick (Melissa) of Muncie, Indiana and Misty Mansfield (Austin) of Defiance Ohio; his grandchildren, McKenzie Crosby (Shannon) of Jacksonville, Michael Phipps (Ashley Frazier) of Dunkirk, Brennon Bidlack (Lindsey Muntz) of Holgate, Cade Bidlack of Defiance and Kynlee Bidlack (Sal Villagomez) of Defiance, Ohio; his great grandchildren, Gracelyn Jo Marie Crosby of Jacksonville, Kaley, Liam Phipps of Dunkirk and Emberlyn Grace Villa Gomez of Defiance, Ohio; his sister-in-law Revva Musick of Muncie, Indiana; his siblings, Donnie Musick (Sue) and Pat Woollard (Paul) of Middletown, Indiana; his nieces and nephews, Jeffrey Musick (Stephanie), Kelly Musick (Alisha), Jeff Musick (Stephanie), Kim Runyon (Roy), Melissa Franklin (Jesse) of Muncie, Tony Woollard of Tucson, Tim Woollard of Hagerstown and Lois Griggs (Dale) of Middletown, Indiana; and his pet Ben.
