He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry B. Miller and Christine Miller (Kuemich); and his brother Manfred Miller. He is survived by: his wife Amy; his sons, Edward Miller (Allison) of Boston, MA and Stephen Miller (Lynn) of Gainesville, FL; his grandchildren, Thea, Emerson, Grayson and Sawyer; and his sister Christine Whitman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
