She is survived by: her husband Dr. Jaime Lemna; her children, Kristen, Bryce (Allie), Austin and Jillian; her grandchildren, Isla and Adler; her daughter Suzanne Nelson (Kyle); her siblings, Tony Smith (Sherri), Cindy Truesdale (Tom), Loretta Mock (Chuck) and Angie Whicker (Dwayne); and her son Clarence. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces.
