He is survived by: his children, Traci Lykins (Gary) and Travis Goen (Amanda); his grandchildren, Kendall Canal, Cameron Lykins, Will Lykins, Schuyler Phillips, Lyric Goen and Monroe Goen; and his siblings, Carol Legeza (Shunny), Diana Jones (Bruce), Karen Armacost (Scott), Kelli Goen and Steve Goen (Joella). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

When I told anyone in Muncie where I worked, they asked with excitement if I knew Action Jack Goen. With pride I would answer Yes. In my relationship with Jack he was of the highest principles and very good character. GB”
