She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Clore and Velma Clore; her husband Robert Hartley (Bob); her daughter Brenda West; her sisters, Jeanie Justice and Joey Young; and her sisters-in-law, Ruby Nichols (Sis), Pat Lehman and Wanda Bean (Suzy).
She is survived by: her sons, Donald and Gregory; her grandchildren, Donald Hartley Jr., Michelle, Michael Maynard, Hannah and Phillip Maynard; her great grandchildren, Lacey Winkle, Cody Hartley, Colton Hartley, Christopher Wilson, Olivia Beechboard and Abram Beechboard; and her sisters-in-law, Janet and Bonita.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family requests memorials be directed in Jackie's memory to Foursquare South Gospel Church, 3101 S. Walnut St., Muncie, or the Alzheimer's Association.
