He was predeceased by: his father William Duncan; his aunt Janice; his father-in-law Albert Eller (Barbara); his siblings-in-law, Jana Duncan, Tommi Eller and Donnie Eller; and his niece Natalie Duncan.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Duncan; his mother Margaret Brubaker (Lee); his brothers, Dean Duncan (Lori), Rick Duncan (Terri), Kent Duncan (Tara), Alex Duncan (Yady) and Mark Duncan (Shelby); his stepbrother Ken Brubaker (Kate); his brothers-in-law, Kevin (Georgia), Epperson and Marshall Eller; and his close friends, Chuck and Monty Brooks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Good News Baptist Church (101 E 22nd St, Muncie, IN 47302).
