He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel D. Gooden and Edith Heath Gooden Catlin. He is survived by: his wife Martha Ann Weatherhead; his sister Gloria; his godchildren, Mike Galliher, Dave and Nancy; his children, Sharon, Kathy, Jim and William Weatherhead; and his grandchildren, Alexandra Elizabeth and Grant Heath Gooden.
