He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Davis and Lillian Davis; and his wife Phyllis (Swearingen). He is survived by: his children, Timothy, Jeffrey (Brenda) and Laura Davis; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Jason (Laura), Jacob Davis (Jessica) and Jamie Boyatt (Adam); his great grandchildren, Isaac, Amelia Davis, Reagan, Blake Davis, Hazel and Grey Boyatt; and his sister-in-law Patricia Swearingen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
